17 bodies practicing harai goshi tonight (instruction by Teixeira Sensei). We also welcomed three new students tonight: Justin, Austin, and Dave.Saturday practice is canceled in lieu of the Palo Alto tournament this Sunday. However, for senior students that want to participate, we'll be having a light workout at UTC this Saturday from 1-2:30pm (lots of uchi komi and nage komi).
