Fun with harai goshi was the theme tonight (and for the for the next two weeks). Lots of nage komi and a little randori tonight (16 warm bodies).Ira made an appearance tonight! Just as scary as he was 20 years ago but a little bit lighter... You just know he's gonna dish out some justice like it's 1989 next time (stay clear if you know what's good for you!)
Practice in Roseville Wednesday. No practice downtown Thursday.
