Reminder: Saturday Practice/Clinic At Cap City BJJ

A reminder to everyone that there is no Roseville practice this Saturday, while we be hosting a clinic at Cap City BJJ from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I would like a strong Team Sac showing so please try to make it. The schedule will be Werneck BJJ from 10 to 12 and Team Sac Judo from 12 to 2. I look forward to seeing everyone there.
